Distributors, growers, dispensaries, manufacturers, caregivers as well as medical patients can submit samples for the Quality Assurance (RND) test.

What do testing laboratories test for in commercial cannabis?
The testing of commercial cannabis aligns with regulatory requirements established by the Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) in California. Additionally, alternative options can be explored through our Quality Assurance Testing (RND).

Is testing equipment state of the art? Downtime? Delays?
All of our testing equipment is state of the art. We currently utilize both Shimadzu and Agilent instruments for detailed analysis of all tests. We schedule routine downtime for maintenance to be performed on our equipment and notification of these delays will be provided if turnaround times will be affected.

How do I register to make orders and get sample results?
- To register, all you have to do is visit our registration link and fill out a form as a new customer.
- Fill out all required fields and information, so we can verify your contact information, business, or commercial license.
- After successful registration, you will receive an email from Confident Cannabis (LIMS) to start your new account authentication process.
- We will follow up with your registration to make sure you are registered.
- If you are already registered with Confident Cannabis, then we will notify you after verification.

How do I adjust my order notifications in Confident ?
You can set up notifications to be alerted by email or text message when an Order is placed, verified, completed, and more.
- Go to Settings > Organization using the menu bar on the left
- Click the Team tab
- Use the checkboxes to customize your settings

I did not get an Email notification?
First, check your spam and junk folders in your email account. If you did not locate any email notifications from Confident Cannabis, then please check your notifications settings in your new registered account.
- Go to Settings > User > Check the box for "Enable Email" under your email address.
